Оценка течения анестезии по данным центральной гемодинамики, кислородного, кислотно-основного, температурного гомеостаза, мониторинга нейромышечной проводимости, глубины анестезии и постнаркозного восстановления сознания.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Исследование проведено у 78 пациентов, подвергшихся обширным абдоминальным операциям в условиях комбинированной анестезии. Все пациенты были разделены на 4 группы в зависимости от характеристик вызванной динамики постоянного потенциала.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Анестезия у пациентов с высокой реактивностью ССС и ДС приводила к развитию гипердинамического типа кровообращения, увеличению расхода фентанила, а также к повышенному риску замедленного послеоперационного пробуждения. У пациентов других групп наблюдалось стабильное течение комбинированной анестезии.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. У пациентов с высокой реактивностью целесообразно применение сочетанной анестезии. У пациентов других групп применение комбинированной анестезии обеспечивает адекватную защиту от операционного стресса.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate anesthesia according to the central hemodynamic, oxygen, acid-base, temperature homeostasis, neuromuscular conduction monitoring the depth of anesthesia and recovery postanesthesia consciousness.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The research was performed in 78 patients who underwent major abdominal surgery under combined anesthesia. All patients were divided into 4 groups depending on the characteristics induced dynamics of constant potential.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Anesthesia in patients with high cardiovascular and respiratory systems leads to the development of hyperdynamic type of circulation, increased fentanyl consumption, and an increased risk of slow postoperative awakening. In patients of other groups was observed stable during combined anesthesia.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. In patients with high cardiovascular and respiratory systems, the use of combined general and epidural anesthesia is advisable.
