Клиническое течение характеризовалось наличием обильных менструаций у 78,66%, бесплодием у 100%.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Определение факторов риска развития полипов эндометрия в репродуктивном периоде способствует выбору тактики ведения пациенток с полипами эндометрия в возрасте репродукции.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To determine factors on the background of which there is the formation of polyps in patients of reproductive age. </p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. We examined 75 patients of reproductive age with endometrial polyps, analyzed the anamnesis, ultrasound and histology data.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The average age was 31,77±3,56, average BMI 27,4±3,2 kg/m2; there were more than half patients with extragenital pathologies (gastrointestinal tract diseases in 57,33%; endocrine diseases in 52,0%; cardiovascular system – 44,0%); heavy menstruations were in 78,66% patients, infertility – 100%.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The determination of risk factors of developing endometrial polyps in reproductive age contributes to the choice of tactics of management of these patients.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>полип эндометрия</kwd><kwd>факторы риска</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>endometrial polyp</kwd><kwd>risk factors</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Al Chami A., Saridogan E.
