В настоящем исследовании были изучены результаты хирургического лечения пациентов с заболеваниями билиопанкреатодуоденальной зоны. В ходе анализа полученных данных сформулированы причинно-следственные связи развития послеоперационных гнойно-воспалительных осложнений после панкреатодуоденальной резекции с наличием у пациента механической желтухи и выполнения ему предоперационной билиарной декомпрессии.

The present study examined the results of surgical treatment of patients with diseases pancreatoduodenal zone. During the analysis of the data formulated causation of postoperative inflammatory complications after pancreatoduodenectomy with the presence of the patient's jaundice and preoperative biliary him perform decompression.
