В статье приводится наблюдение пациента 69 лет, страдающего вульгарным ихтиозом с сопутствующей кожной патологией в виде себорейного кератоза и вульгарных бородавок. Наблюдение интересно нетипичной картиной генодерматоза, наличием у пациента инсулинорезистентности, что может рассматриваться как провоцирующий фактор развития себорейного кератоза и вирусных бородавок.

A case of the patient 69-years with ichthyosis vulgaris, seborrheic keratosis and warts is described. Supervision by interestingly atypical picture of hereditary dermatosis at the patient with insulin resistance that can be considered as a provocative factor of development seborrheic keratosis and warts.
