Двадцать три пациента с СД2 перенесли операцию коронарного шунтирования по поводу стабильной стенокардии напряжения. Перед операцией пациентам была проведена трансторакальная эхокардиография. На 14-й день после операции все пациенты были обследованы на наличие волчаночного антикоагулянта (ВА). Спустя год после операции всем пациентам была выполнена коронарошунтография для оценки проходимости шунтов.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. ВА был обнаружен у 15 из 23 пациентов (65%). Через год после операции окклюзии шунтов были выявлены у 10 из 23 пациентов. У пациентов с окклюзиями шунтов конечный диастолический и систолический размер, конечный диастолический и систолический объем, конечный диастолический и систолический индекс (КДР, КСР, КДО, КСО, КДИ, КСИ), а также соотношение между скрининговым и подтверждающим тестом на определение ВА (LA-отношение) были существенно выше, чем у пациентов без окклюзий (р для критерия Манна — Уитни соответственно 0,004; 0,012; 0,012; 0,006; 0,006; 0,004; 0,017). Предложен способ прогнозирования окклюзий коронарных шунтов на основе оценки конечного диастолического объема левого желудочка и LA-отношения.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Эхографические показатели функции левого желудочка (КДР, КСР, КДО, КСО, КДИ, КСИ) и LA-отношение являются предикторами окклюзий коронарных шунтов у пациентов с СД2.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Identiﬁcation of factors affecting coronary bypass graft patency in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D) during one year after coronary bypass grafting.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Coronary artery bypass grafting for stable effort angina was ordered in 23 men with T2D. The patients had transthoracic echocardiogram before surgery. All patients were veriﬁed for lupus anticoagulant (LA) in blood on the 14th day after surgery. A year later, the patients underwent coronary shuntography to assess bypass patency.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. LA was detected in 15 of 23 patients (65%). One year after surgery, occlusions of coronary shunts were revealed in 10 of 23 patients. In patients with coronary shunt occlusions, end-diastolic and end-systolic dimensions, end-diastolic and end-systolic volumes, end-systolic and end-diastolic indices (EDD, ESD, EDV, ESV, ESI, EDI, respectively), as well as the LA ratio signiﬁcantly exceeded those in patients without occlusions (Mann—Whitney p values 0.004, 0.012, 0.012, 0.006, 0.006, 0.004, 0.017, respectively). A method is proposed for predicting coronary shunt occlusions based on assessment of end-diastolic volume of left ventricle and the LA ratio.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
