Проанализировано изменение на органном уровне системы кровообращения у 254 больных ГБ II стадии, 1-2-й степени в сочетании с РА в исходном состоянии. После скрининга и получения письменного информированного согласия пациенты были распределены в две группы: I группу составили 142 больных в стадии клинико-лабораторной ремиссии, II группу - 112 больных в стадии клинико-лабораторного обострения. У пациентов обеих групп проявления адаптивных органных изменений в миокарде соответствуют известным закономерностям с развитием гипертрофии ЛЖ, увеличением абсолютных и относительных морфометрических показателей. Выявленные взаимосвязи подтверждают негативное влияние степени активности РА на функцию почек, что свидетельствует о более высоком риске сердечно-сосудистых осложнений у этого контингента больных.
This study analyses the changes of the cardiovascular system organs of 254 patients with stage 2 hypertension, 1-2 grade combined with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in the initial state. After screening and obtaining written informed consent, the patients were divided into two groups: group 1 consisted of 142 patients in the stage of remission with both clinical and laboratory features, group 2 included 112 patients with severe symptoms (flare-ups). Myocardial structural changes exhibited by both groups of patients correspond with the common development of left ventricular (LV) hypertrophy, the increase in absolute and relative values of the morphometric parameters. Identified correlation confirms the negative impact of the degree of activity of RA on renal function, indicating a higher risk of cardiovascular complications in this group of patients.
