Выбор силера является для врача-стоматолога важным решением, которое влияет на долгосрочный результат лечения. Знание свойств и характеристик материалов каждой группы имеет решающее значение для выбора наилучшего эндогерметика в каждом конкретном клиническом случае.</p><p>Цель обзора - сравнение свойств эндодонтических силеров на основе эпоксидных смол, гидроокиси кальция, цинк-оксид эвгенола и биокерамики.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Поиск литературы производился в двух электронных базах: PubMed и Google Scholar и включал в себя статьи по 4 группам силеров (на основе эпоксидных смол, гидроокиси кальция, цинк-оксид эвгенола и биокерамики), опубликованные с 2014 по 2021 год, а также отдельные значимые публикации за период 2002-2013 гг. В обзор были включено 73 статьи независимо от дизайна исследования и языка публикации. Методы исследования, использованные в процессе анализа: контент-анализ и описательно-аналитический. Метаанализ не проводился в связи с высокой неоднородностью исследований.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В настоящее время на рынке стоматологических материалов представлено много силеров различных групп. Наиболее широкое распространение получили эндодонтические герметики на основе эпоксидных смол, цинк-оксид эвгенола, гидроокиси кальция и биокерамики. Обзор показывает отсутствие идеального материала для пломбирования корневых каналов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Многочисленные исследования показывают преимущества и недостатки каждой группы эндодонтических силеров при сравнении по разным критериям. В зависимости от клинической ситуации врач может использовать то или иное свойство данных материалов, выбирая необходимый эндогерметик.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. The choice of sealant is an important dentist’s decision with a long-term influence on treatment. Knowledge of the properties and characters of each material is key to the optimal endosealer selection on individual basis.</p></sec><sec><title>Objectives</title><p>Objectives. A comparison of endodontic sealants based on epoxy resins, calcium hydroxide, zinc oxide eugenol and bioceramics.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. Publications were mined in the PubMed and Google Scholar electronic databases to cover the four sealer groups (epoxy, calcium hydroxide, zinc oxide eugenol and bioceramics) over years 2014-2021, including selected relevant sources within 2002-2013; 73 articles were considered for review, regardless of the study design or language. Content and descriptive analyses were used as research tools. Meta-analysis was not used due to a high evidence heterogeneity.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The dental market currently offers a variety of sealant groups. Endodontic sealants based on epoxy resins, zinc oxide eugenol, calcium hydroxide and bioceramics are the most common. The review identifies no ideal material for the root canal filling.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Manifold studies demonstrate the pros and cons in each endodontic sealant group with respect to variant criteria.
