Сочетанное лечение позволило улучшить периферический кровоток, тем самым улучшить клинические результаты лечения и сохранить проходимость шунтов в отдаленном периоде. Ангиосцинтиграфия позволила получить объективную информацию о сохранности кровоснабжения тканей при окклюзии магистральных артерий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the work was to develop and evaluate tactics combined treatment of patients with obliterating lesions of the arteries of lower extremities for the optimization of recourse ischemia of extremities in this category of patients. The combined treatment has improved the peripheral blood flow, thereby to improve the clinical outcome of treatment and maintain the patency of the shunts in the remote period.
