В отделении колопроктологии института хирургии Микаелян за последние 13 лет оперирован 941 больной по поводу колоректального рака. У 381 (40,5%) пациента злокачественная опухоль локализовалась в прямой кишке, у 142 (37,3%) из них она имела дистальное расположение. Качество жизни (КЖ) изучено у 65 больных раком дистального отдела прямой кишки. Для оценки КЖ применялась тест-версия опросника SF-36 Health Status Survey. Исследование показало, что в предоперационном периоде у больных раком дистального отдела прямой кишки имеет место снижение всех параметров КЖ, а в ближайшем и отдаленном послеоперационных периодах КЖ определяется видом и объемом оперативного вмешательства. Достоверно лучше КЖ после выполнения сфинктеросохраняющих и резервуарно-пластических операций.
The department of coloproctology «Mikaelian Institute of surgery» for the last 13 years, operated 941 patient about colorectal cancer. In 381 (40,5%) patients malignant tumor was localized in the rectum, in 142 (37,3%) of them, it had a distal location. Quality of life was studied in 65 patients with cancer of the distal rectum. To assess the quality of life used test version of the questionnaire SF-36 Health Status Survey. The study showed that in the preoperative period in patients with cancer of the distal rectum is a reduction of all the parameters of quality of life, and in the immediate and late postoperative period the quality of life is determined by the type and volume of surgical intervention. Significantly better quality of life after sphincter-preserving and reconstructive-plastic surgery.
