В статье представлены результаты проведения гистерэктомии лапароскопическим доступом у больных с ожирением. Были описаны особенности техники, проанализированы частота осложнений, длительность оперативного лечения и пребывания в стационаре в зависимости от степени ожирения. Представлены результаты зарубежного опыта хирургического лечения больных с морбидным ожирением.

This article presents results of laparoscopic hysterectomy among obese patients. Technical aspects, complications rate, operative time, length of hospital stay in relation to BMI were analyzed. Also we present results of international surgical experience of extremely overweight cases.
