В зависимости от способа ушивания стенки матки при лапароскопической миомэктомии у 40 женщин сформированы группы: в I (n=20) использовали монофиламентную синтетическую нить из полиглекапрона (Monocryl Plus 0) отдельными Z-образными швами; во II (n=20) - непрерывный безузловой шов нитью с зазубренным дизайном и фиксирующей петлей (V-lock 180 «0»). Использование безузлового шва способствовало сокращению длительности ушивания дефекта миометрия, интраоперационной кровопотери, общехирургических рисков и сложности вмешательства. Выявлены преимущества нити V-lock: формирование состоятельного рубца на матке за счет полноценного восстановления анатомии матки после лапароскопической миомэктомии при минимизации интра- и послеоперационных осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Within our study we compared the effectiveness of laparoscopic myomectomy with bed unit closure with individual sutures and a monofilament self-locking thread. Depending on the way of the uterine wall closure during laparoscopic myomectomy 2 groups were formed among 40 women: in group I (n = 20) a monofilament synthetic thread of poliglecaprone (Monocryl Plus 0) was used by individual Z-shaped sutures; in group II (n = 20) a node-free uninterrupted suture was used with the thread with a serrated design and a fixing loop (V-lock 180 «0»). Using a node-free suture in laparoscopic myomectomy helped to reduce the duration of suturing the myometrium defect, the intraoperative blood loss, general surgical risks and the complexity of the intervention. Certain clinical benefits in using barbed suture V-lock were identified: the formation of a well-fixed uterine scar due to full recovery of the uterus anatomy after laparoscopic myomectomy while minimizing intra- and postoperative complications.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>лапароскопическая миомэктомия</kwd><kwd>нить V-look</kwd><kwd>длительность ушивания дефекта миометрия</kwd><kwd>laparoscopic myomectomy</kwd><kwd>barbed suture - V-lock</kwd><kwd>the time required for suturing the uterine wall defects</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Стрижаков А.
