Для определения эффективности лечения проводилась оценка цитокинового статуса (ИЛ-1β, ИЛ-4, ИЛ-6, ИЛ-10) и гормонального профиля (кортизол, АКТГ, β-эндорфины) у пациентов со стабильной стенокардией напряжения II-III функционального класса. Все пациенты были разделены на 2 группы: 1-я (n=30) - терапия стенокардии по протоколу и 2-я (n=30) - терапия стенокардии по протоколу и ТЭС-терапия. Показано, что у больных 1-й группы не отмечено нормализации уровня изучаемых цитокинов. Во 2-й группе пациентов уровень исследуемых цитокинов достоверно снижался (p<0,01), а уровень АКТГ, кортизола и β-эндорфина достоверно (p<0,01) повышался. Таким образом, ТЭС-терапия, проводимая во 2-й группе пациентов, способствует коррекции цитокинового дисбаланса и гормонального профиля, что свидетельствует о необходимости включения её в стандартную терапию стенокардии.
The article is devoted to the application of TES-therapy in the complex treatment of angina pectoris II-III functional class. To assess the efficacy of treatment was assessed cytokine status (IL-1β, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10) and hormonal profile (cortisol, ACTH, β-endorphin) in patients with stable angina II-III functional class. All patients were divided into 2 groups: 1st (n=30) therapy of angina and for protocol 2 (n=30) therapy angina protocol and TES-therapy. It is shown that patients of the 1st group is not marked to normalize the level of the studied cytokines. In the 2nd group of patients the level of the studied cytokines was significantly decreased (p<0.01), and levels of ACTH, cortisol and β-endorphin significantly (p<0.01) increased. Thus, TES-therapy conducted during the 2nd group of patients, contributes to the correction of cytokine imbalance and the hormonal profile that suggests its inclusion in the standard therapy of angina.
