Особенно интересен в этом отношении оказался трансформирующий фактор роста-ß, по-видимому играющий одну из ключевых ролей в индукции эпителиально-мезенхимального перехода.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article provides an overview of the currently acquired information concerning the phenomenon of epithelialmesenchymal transition and its role in the formation of interstitial kidney fibrosis and the mechanisms of its development and possible points of application to produce a therapeutic effect.
