Проведение сравнительного анализа содержания маркеров костного метаболизма в ротовой жидкости у беременных женщин без стоматологической патологии и осложнений гестационного периода по сравнению со здоровыми донорами в динамике гестационного периода.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Была обследована 31 беременная женщина (клиническая группа). Контрольную группу составили 32 небеременные женщины. В ротовой жидкости и сыворотке крови иммуноферментным методом определяли уровень активности щелочной фосфатазы (ЩФ), содержание остеопротегерина (ОПГ) и рецепторов к лиганду ядерного фактора каппа-B (sRANKL).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Индексная оценка гигиенического состояния полости рта, состояния пародонта подтвердила отсутствие воспалительных изменений и стоматологической патологии у пациенток клинической группы. У беременных женщин с физиологически протекающей беременностью ОПГ, ЩФ (маркеры ограничения остеорезорбции) накапливались к 3 триместру как системно, так и в биологических жидкостях полости рта.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Содержание sRANKL в течение гестационного периода в ротовой жидкости не изменялось. Исследование содержания ОПГ и ЩФ в ротовой жидкости у беременных женщин является информативным, отражающим остеосинтетические процессы костного метаболизма в альвеолярных отростках челюстей.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Pperform a comparative analysis of the content of markers of bone metabolism in the oral fluid in pregnant women without dental pathology and complications of the gestational period in comparison with healthy donors in the dynamics of the gestational period.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods. 31 pregnant women (clinical group) were examined. The control group consisted of 32 non-pregnant women. In the oral fluid and serum, the level of activity of alkaline phosphatase (AP), the content of osteoprotegerin (OPG) and receptors for the ligand of the nuclear factor kappa-B (sRANKL) was determined by an enzyme immunoassay.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The index evaluation of the hygienic state of the oral cavity, periodontal conditions, confirmed the absence of inflammatory changes and dental pathology in patients of the clinical group. In pregnant women with a physiologically pregnant pregnancy, OPG, AP (markers of restriction of osteoresorption) accumulated to the third trimester both systemically and in biological fluids of the oral cavity.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The content of sRANKL during the gestational period in the oral fluid did not change.
