Изучить сорбционную активность энтеросорбента на основе монтмориллонита под лабораторным шифром Crim_04 в отношении энтеротоксина E.coli in vivo.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. У лабораторных крыс под наркозом формировали изолированные петли тонкого кишечника, в контрольные петли вводили токсин E.coli в дозе 2 мкг/петлю. Энтеросорбент под шифром Crim_04 в виде водных суспензий с концентрацией 50 мг/мл, 100 мг/мл и 200 мг/мл вводили в просвет петель с токсином. Через 4 часа оценивали выраженность выхода жидкости в просвет кишки и её ингибирование энтеросорбентом. Препаратом сравнения выступала «Смекта».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Введение токсина в просвет кишки вызывало усиленный выход жидкости, индекс дилатации для контрольных петель составил 112,7±1,2 мг/см против 27,4±0,4 мг/см у интактных петель. Энтеросорбент под шифром Crim_04 оказывал дозозависимый ингибирующий эффект на выход жидкости в просвет кишки, в концентрации 200 мг/мл индекс дилатации составил 31,6±0,8 мг/см, ингибирование выхода жидкости на 95,1%. Этот эффект подтвержден морфологически, морфометрические показатели при применении энтеросорбента под шифром Crim_04 приближаются к уровню интактных петель.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Энтеросорбент на основе монтмориллонита под лабораторным шифром Crim_04 обладает высокой сорбционной активностью по отношению к термолабильному холероподобному энтеротоксину E.сoli на модели изолированной петли кишечника.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the sorption activity of enterosorbent based on montmorillonite under the laboratory cipher of Crim_04 against E.coli enterotoxin in vivo.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods. Isolated loops of the small intestine were formed in laboratory rats under anesthesia, and E. coli toxin was injected into the control loops at a dose of 2 μg/loop. The enterosorbent under the code Crim_04 in the form of water suspensions with concentrations of 50 mg/ml, 100 mg/ml and 200 mg/ml was injected into the lumen of the loops with toxin. After 4 hours, the expression of the fluid in the lumen of the intestine and its inhibition by the enterosorbent were evaluated. Comparison was Smekta.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The introduction of toxin into the lumen of the gut caused an increased fluid yield, the dilatation index for the control loops was 112,7±1,2 mg/cm versus 27,4±0,4 mg / cm in intact loops. The enterosorbent under the Crim_04 cipher exhibited a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on the fluid outlet into the lumen of the gut, at a concentration of 200 mg/ml, the dilation index was 31,6±0,8 mg / cm, inhibiting the fluid yield by 95,1%. This effect is confirmed morphologically, the morphometric parameters when using enterosorbent under the Crim_04 cipher are close to the level of intact loops.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
