Дать морфологическую характеристику, формирующегося рубца операционных ран, ушитых с применением пролонгированного проточно-аспирационного дренирования (ППАД) подкожной клетчатки и без него.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Экспериментальное исследование выполнено на 40 беспородных кроликах (20 – основная группа, 20 – контрольная). Проведено гистоморфологическое изучение блоков тканей операционной раны передней брюшной, взятых на 15, 20, 25 и 30 послеоперационные сутки.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В ранах животных основной группы опытов, где применялось (ППАД) подкожной клетчатки, образование грануляционной ткани и формирование рубца происходило при меньших деструктивно-воспалительных явлениях. Свободное пространство, на месте удалённого проточного дренажа операционной раны, постепенно заполнялось грануляционной, а затем рубцовой тканью и к 25 – 30 суткам после хирургического вмешательства сливалось с общей рубцовой массой, не оставляя каких-либо свободных полостей.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. (ППАД) подкожной клетчатки послеоперационных ран, способствует благоприятной регенерации и менее осложнённому послеоперационному периоду в сравнении с операционными ранами, ушитыми традиционным способом послойно, наглухо.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To give the morphological characteristic of scarring tissue of the surgical wound closed with the prolonged flow aspiration drainage (PFAD) of subcutaneous tissue and without it.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study involved 40 outbred rabbits (20 in the main group, 20 in the control one). Histomorphological evaluation of tissue blocks of surgical wounds of the anterior abdominal wall, taken on the 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th post-surgery days, was carried out.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Formation of granulation tissue and scarring of wounds of the animals in the main group, to which PFAD of subcutaneous tissue was applied, occurred alongside less destructive inflammations. The free space, on the place of a removed flowing drainage of the surgical wound, was gradually filled with granulation tissue, and then with the cicatricial one; and by 25 – 30 days after surgery it merged with the total cicatricial mass, without leaving any free cavities.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
