Cytokines age features in peripheral blood among children with cleft lip and palate
Abstract
In this arcticle we investigated age features of cytokines profile that regulates protective reactions of organism and helps to get information about functional state of cells stage and severity of inflammation, and also indexes of immune system regulation and functioning among children with cleft lip and palate. It's interesting to investige 2 kinds of cytokines- proflammatory (IL6, IL1β, IFHγ), antiflammatory (IL4) and also IL17 in different age groups among children with cleft lip and palate.
