CLINICO-MORPHOMETRIC RESEARCH OF HYPERPLASTIC GINGIVITIS COMPLEX TREATMENT RESULTS ALONG WITH JUVENILE DISTAL DEEP OVERBITE
Abstract
The morphological and functional abnormalities in the tooth-jaw-facial area combined with various parodontopatii. This complicates the diagnosis, treatment and prediction of treatment outcomes. Often such a complicating factor is the clinical hypertrophic gingivitis. 13teen-agers with distal deep overbite accompanied by hyperplastic juvenile gingivitis, were orthodontically treated by non-removable technique Stright Wire Technique. Periodontic treatment included BTL-therapy by diode laser «Latus» and gingivectomy by СО2-laser «Opus Duo», USA. There was stated a topico-morhphometric facial skill improvement after orthodontic apparatus periodontic status amelioration after laser therapy treatment, that promoted curing results stability together with favorable forecast of post-treatment period.
