THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE COMBINED TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH OBLITERATING ATHEROSCLEROSIS OF THE ARTERIES OF LOWER EXTREMITIES
Abstract
The aim of the work was to develop and evaluate tactics combined treatment of patients with obliterating lesions of the arteries of lower extremities for the optimization of recourse ischemia of extremities in this category of patients. The combined treatment has improved the peripheral blood flow, thereby to improve the clinical outcome of treatment and maintain the patency of the shunts in the remote period. Angioscintigraphia allowed to obtain objective information about the safety of the blood supply in the tissues of occlusion of the main arteries.
