АНАЛИЗ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ ДОППЛЕРОМЕТРИИ ВО II ТРИМЕСТРЕ БЕРЕМЕННОСТИ У ЖЕНЩИН С ВЫЯВЛЕННОЙ НА РАННИХ СРОКАХ РЕТРОХОРИАЛЬНОЙ ГЕМАТОМОЙ

В работе представлен анализ показателей маточно-плацентарной гемодинамики и исходов беременности у женщин, имевших на ранних сроках угрозу прерывания беременности с формированием ретрохориальной гематомы. Было выявлено повышение интенсивности кровотока в правой маточной артерии по данным допплерометрии в 19-21 неделю у беременных, имевших ретрохориальную гематому в I триместре. Кровоток в левой маточной артерии в 19-21 неделю у беременных, имевших в I триместре ретрохориальную гематому объёмом >1 см³, оказался снижен. Маточно-плацентарный кровоток в бассейне правой маточной артерии достоверно повышен у беременных, получавших дидрогестерон, и у получавших микронизированный прогестерон. У беременных, имевших на ранних сроках ретрохориальную гематому объёмом >1 см³, отмечена достоверно более высокая частота оперативных родоразрешений.
