Abstract
The problem of schoolchildren's health functional reserves in the last decade gained global, epidemic scale. The researchers of this problem considering various risk factors affecting the health of the functional reserves of that category of persons, the most common of which is the development of excess body weight, ranging from the simple overeating and inactivity, genetic problems to complex mechanisms of metabolic disorders in tissue and molecular levels. We also know that there are certain age periods when obesity occurs most often from the moment of birth to one year, in 5-6 years and puberty. Multi-year tendency in the number of persons with reduced functional reserves health among schoolchildren entails the subsequent decline of health in all age groups and further affects the quality of human resources, reproduction of generations. Since the early 1990s, there is a tendency to deterioration of indicators characterizing the state of health, in particular, the growth of psychosomatic illness of adolescents and youth, especially in the final year of big towns and industrial cities. Meanwhile, the current data on the prevalence of obesity in Russia, as well as age-specific statistics on this disease around the world virtually non-existent. The purpose of this study was to examine age and gender-specific functional health reserves among schoolchildren, due to the urgency of upgrading health programs at the school level, aimed at disease prevention.

Abstract
In work the estimation cytokin’s the status (IL-1 β, IL -4, IL -6, IL -10) at patients with CCT average and heavy severity level is spent. All patients have been divided into 2 groups: 1 (n=25) - therapy CCT under the report and 2 (n=25) - therapy CCT under the report and TES-therapy. It is shown that at patients of 1 group level IL-1 β authentically did not decrease, and in 2 group its authentic decrease was marked. The same dynamics of level IL -6. Maintenance IL -10 authentically increased in group of patients with TES-therapy. Thus, the TES-therapy spent in 2 group of patients, promotes correction cytokin’s a disbalance that testifies to necessity of its inclusion for standard therapy CCT.

Abstract
Laboratory-diagnostic methods were used to study specific and non-specific factors of humoral immunity, as well as the electrolyte composition of mixed saliva in children and adolescents aged 7-14 with dentoalveolar anomalies. It has been shown that a reliable index reflecting the intensity of morphological and functional disturbances in case of dentoalveolar anomalies in children and adolescents is an increase in the iron/magnesium ratio gradient with an increased level of sIgA in the oral cavity, as well as a decrease in the potassium/calcium ratio gradient with reduced lysozyme activity and a shift of the hydrogen potential towards alkali.

Abstract
Perioperative complications of coronary artery bypass grafting were estimated depending on the presence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) as co-morbidity. A higher incidence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and pneumonia in patients with COPD was revealed compared with the control group. There were no differences of perioperative myocardial damage and life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias. In general, the postoperative period in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) and COPD is characterized by more severe and the high incidence of complications.

Abstract
Features of coronary atherosclerosis were estimated in patients with a combination of stable angina and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who underwent coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG). More severe coronary lesions in group with combination of coronary artery disease (CAD) and COPD were revealed. Number of hemodynamically significant stenoses weakly correlated with the severity of COPD. In patients with combination CAD and COPD total number of stenoses and the number of hemodynamically significant stenoses was higher than in the control group. As well extended stenoses were more common in patients with COPD. At the same time, there were no differences in the number of critical stenoses and occlusions between groups.

Were examined 82 patients with maxillofacial trauma area, which was combined with mild traumatic brain injury monitoring was conducted in the acute phase and at 3 months after injury. The study revealed patients with craniofacial trauma disruption of the autonomic balance in the form of reduced autonomic reactivity and inadequate vegetative software. Prolonged dominance trophotropic recovery mechanisms, as well as the growing influence of the higher levels of regulation of vegetative management software is a measure destabilization requiring additional body physiological costs for optimal autonomic balance. This aspect requires lengthy rehabilitation.

Abstract
The psychocorrection was carried with 70 women with idiopathic form of infertility. Before and after psychocorrection was performed registration of heart rate variability. Retrospectively, according to the results of psychocorrection, the examined women with idiopathic infertility were divided into three groups. The first group consisted of the women, in the case of which the first course of psychocorrection was effective. After psychocorrection, there was increase in the variability of the heart rhythm (D increased by 129,2%, V% - 35,7%, rMSSD - 48,8%, PNN 50% - 47,4%, Mo - 5,2%, TR, - 6%). The second group consisted of the women, which became pregnant and gave childbirth after the second or the third course of psychocorrection. After the first course of treatment is a slight increase in the variability of the heart rhythm (D, V% was not significantly changed. PNN50% increased by 18,9%, 5,6% - Mo, TR - 46,0%). The third group consisted of the women, in the case of which the used methods were ineffective. Heart rate variability parameters were not significantly changed. Therefore the dynamics parameters of heart rate variability may be indicative of the effectiveness of psycho-correction in women with idiopathic infertility.

This article describes changes in the microcirculation of the eyeball in patients with hemophthalmus during vitrectomy. We examined 24 patients who underwent vitrectomy, according to testimory local lasercoagulation of retinal vessels. In the early postoperative period marked a temporary deterioration in microcirculation caused by eye injury during surgery. Positive effect of surgery to remove a blood clot on the state microhemodynamics achieved in the late postoperative period, manifested in the increasing speed performance perfusion eye capillaries and eliminating the overwhelming influence of the passive component in the system of regulation of microcirculation. Hemophthalmia holding surgical removal leads to a significant improvement of the basic microcirculation eyeball in the late postoperative period.

Abstract
In practice are often observed patients with thrombocytopenia requiring the correction by transfusion of platelet. However, the cause of the platelet's reduction is not always obvious, what needs to be clarified. In this article, we described the main pathogenic types of thrombocytopenia. We present an algorithm that will help the physicians to understand the causes of thrombocytopenia and to determine the necessity of platelet transfusions depending on the clinical settings and on the type of thrombocytopenia. Absolute indications for platelet transfusions are surgeries and life-threatening bleeding, while the relative indications are thrombocytopenia due to consumption.

Abstract
On laboratory animals received experimental model of hyperthyroidism. The experiment was conducted on 46 adult white male rats of Wistar weighing 250-300 g by administration of L-thyroxine in the dose 1,6 mg per 1 kg of body weight. In an experiment to determine the level of thyroid hormones and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in the blood, conducted histological examination of the thyroid gland. An increase in thyroid hormone levels in the blood of rats and correspondingly decrease TSH. Histological findings showed that the exogenous tiretoksikoze occurs morphological restructuring of the gland as in the parenchyma and stroma. In the parenchyma observed atrophy and deformation lobules downsizing tireotsitov and their nuclei, the violation ratio of small and large follicles and proliferative activity of the follicular epithelium. In the stroma glands develop sclerotic changes. Described histological changes confirmed by morphometric and immunohistochemical data showed a reduction in proliferation index (Ki- 67) and increased apoptotic index tireotsitov (P-53).

Abstract
The problem of treatment of the ischemic stroke (IS) is actual in modern medicine. In work an attempt of creation of model of cerebral ischemia at rats with possibility of application of TES-therapy is made. Experiments are made on 130 rats who were divided into 4 groups: 1 - control, 2 - IS modeling, 3 - application of TES-therapy and IS modeling, 4 -modeling of IS and TES-therapy application. In serum of blood investigated level β-endorphins for 1, 3, 7 and 14 days. As a result of the conducted research it is established that the contents β-endorphins decreases throughout the entire period of supervision. Preliminary carrying out TES-therapy and its carrying out after modeling of IS stimulates a stress - limiting system and prevents level falling β-endorphins the entire period of supervision over animals.

Abstract
This review summarizes the history of the development of ideas and results of modern studies of the pathogenesis mechanisms that mediate the interaction of nerve and immune functions of the brain. Indicated system (effector cells, their receptors and ligands) participating in the pathophysiological reactions in the nervous system. The interaction between the nervous and immune systems, carried out on the basis of interactive regulation, defines risk impairment of function of one of them in the pathology of the other. Participation duplicative regulatory factors in neuroimmune interactions limits the risk of such violations, compensate insufficient accuracy or overproduction of some regulators by other appropriate changes. When there is failure of compensatory mechanisms neurogenic immune deficiency and the subsequent formation of secondary neurological disorders.
