PREOPERATIVE BILIARY DECOMPRESSION IN PATIENTS WITH OBSTRUCTIVE JAUNDICE AS A WAY TO PREVENT THE DEVELOPMENT OF POSTOPERATIVE INFLAMMATORY COMPLICATIONS IN PANCREATODUODENECTOMY

Abstract

The present study examined the results of surgical treatment of patients with diseases pancreatoduodenal zone. During the analysis of the data formulated causation of postoperative inflammatory complications after pancreatoduodenectomy with the presence of the patient's jaundice and preoperative biliary him perform decompression.
