Клинико-биохимические особенности состояния пациентов в ранние сроки после проведения коронарного шунтирования

В кардиохирургической практике накоплен большой опыт и достигнуты значительные успехи в выполнении КШ. В то же время возникновение в ряде случаев характерных послеоперационных осложнений (фибрилляция предсердий, почечная недостаточность, нарушения кислотно-основного состояния и водно-электролитного баланса) связано с необходимостью применения искусственного кровообращения. В этой связи в настоящее время наиболее перспективными методами совершенствования технологии КШ признается проведение операции на работающем сердце, а также использование параллельной нормотермической перфузии. Проведенный анализ литературы указывает лишь на единичные исследования сравнительной клинической эффективности указанных методов по сравнению с традиционной операцией в условиях искусственного кровообращения с кардиоплегией.
