Impact of exogenous and endogenous factors leads to disruption of intestinal endoecology which often expressed quantitative changes of bifidobacteria and Lactobacteria. The aim of investigation was to study large intestine microbiocenosis at the first year life children, living in Kursk. We analyzed the results of bacteriological studies of feces, taken between 2007 and 2012 from 273 children, living in Kursk with a preliminary diagnosis of «dysbiosis». it was been established that in Kursk during 2007-2012 children of first year life were significantly more registered dysbiosis due to a total absence or reduction in the number of bifidobacteria. Also in all the studied children was detected disbalance of normal flora.

We investigate blood flow velocity at ischemia/reperfusion early stages and at its human recombinant erythropoietin correction. Transient hyperemia absence after ischemia/reperfusion at early stages was determined. Erythropoietin administration prevents transient hyperemia development after period of ischemia in liver and small intestine but increase blood flow velocity in pancreas.

The aim of present work was detection of peculiarities of pulmonary tuberculosis course depending on cytochrome-450 2C9 (CYP2C9) polymorphism according on cellular content of cells count and biochemical markers of the blood. it was done analysis of 83 medical card of primary pulmonary tuberculosis at the beginning and at the end of in-patient treatment in Odessa district dispensary in 2012 y. At the beginning and at the end of in-patient treatment the patients with genotype *2/*3, *3/*3 have had the highest level of erythrocytes and hemoglobin, and the lowest level of erythrocytes sedimentation rate that witnessed the slight intoxication. Also in this group of patients it was found the highest level of alanine aminotransferase and gamma glutathione transferase that have proved higher risk of toxicity of antituberculosis therapy in the carriers of *2/*3, *3/*3 genotype relatively to carriers of *1/*1, *1/*2, *1/*3 genotypes.

We have examined 35 patients with bronchial asthma (BA), 35 patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD), 35 patients with arterial hypertension (AH), 40 patients with a combination of BA+IHD and 40 patients with a combination of BA+AH. To assess the state of vascular endothelium in the laser Doppler flowmetry supplemented with iontophoretic samples, we calculated the coefficient of endothelial function. it has been proved that the comorbid combination of BA and IHD is significantly unfavorable regarding the severity of vascular endothelial dysfunction, both compared with mononozology (BA) and compared with the combination of BA+AH. The attachment of AH significantly worsens the condition of the vascular endothelium in patients with BA. Endothelial dysfunction may act as a predisposing factor for IHD in patients with BA.

At the background of experimental periodontitis in hypothyroid rats by means of morphological and functional methods of investigation we traced the dynamics of structural and functional changes of oxygen-dependant systems of neutrophils (MPO and CCO) and dehydrogenases associated with the Krebs cycle (SDH), glycolysis (a-GPDH) in a comparative perspective. The rats were divided into two groups. In the first group of animals no medicamentous measures were carried out. The second group was administered mexidole on the 3-4thdays after surgery for 10 days. Periodontitis was modeled to all animals. The material of intact animals served as a control. Evaluation of the functional state of the enzyme systems showed different, but minor trend of their activity changes in the rats of the first and the second groups of the experiment. The presence of hypothyroidism, regardless of the presence or absence of treatment, does not have much effect on the functional activity of the enzyme systems of PMNL, but leads to a decrease in functional reserves of oxygen-dependant complexes.

The results of complex examination (clinic-laboratory, microbiologic and electron-microscopic indices of vaginal microbiocenosis in 52 women with urogenital candidosis of recurrent form) were shown in the present study. The sensitivity of vaginal microflora to intraconazol depending on its compositional kind was also determined. The received data of the investigation indicate the sufficiently high efficacy of intraconazol in the correction of mycrocenosis of vagina. Reducing of treatment duration, increasing of the remission period, fast relief of clinical symptoms of reaction were marked. Combination of high therapeutic efficacy, easy use method of application without side effects, with good tolerance of preparation allow to recommend the using of intraconazol as a choice method in the treatment of urogenital candidosis in women of fertile age.

Transabdominal electrocardiography (ECG) of the fetus with STAN technology application is the perspective trend of increasing the specificity of antenatal cardiotocography (CTG). Combined analysis of different variants ST-events (STAN) and CTG types in computer-aided complex provides the high specificity of diagnostics and prediction chronic fetal hypoxia decompensation. It allows choosing the optimal tactics of delivery method for pregnant with placental insufficiency.

Lab-diagnostic methods have been employed to study immunoglobulin E and microelements in the non-stimulated oral liquid in children aged 4,5 yrs - 8 yrs using removable orthodontic appliances. It has been shown that an appropriate index of correlation connection between the immune system stress and the level of microelements is the growth of the copper/zinc ratio gradient in case of increasing concentration of iron and tungsten in the mixed saliva. It has been proven there is a need for conducting allergen-specific immune-modifying therapy to bring to normal the humoral immunity factors in order to improve the anti-microbial protection of the oral cavity.

The article presented the results of the examination of patients with reflux-esophagitis and bronchial asthma. All patients underwent the laparoscopic antireflux procedure. The results of surgery were assessed in 1, 6, 12, 24 and more months. The check-up has revealed the absence of reflux-esophagitis and significant decreasing of asthma manifestations in all of patients after surgery.

Study investigates the role of violations in oral hygiene and poor care of dentures in the formation of pathological process in the field of prosthetic bed. Just examined 178 patients using of removable dentures, who were diagnosed with «stomatitis dentition». Cytological found that when clinical signs stomatitis dentitions in cytograms of prints noted growth of dystrophic changes in the cells of the squamous epithelium, marked layers of dilapidated lymphoid elements, sharply increasing number of segmentonuclear neutrophils and mononuclei to 60-70 in the field of view. The presence in cytograms of cells epithelium, contaminated with microorganisms is a diagnostic sign of poor oral hygiene and indicates of inflammatory processes in the area of prosthetic bed. it is established that cytological method allows to adequately assess the state of hygiene of the oral cavity in the field of prosthetic bed, which is of great diagnostic value for defining the tactics of treatment-and-prophylactic measures at stomatitis dentition.

In the article we observed the rectal cancer morbidity and mortality rate in Krasnodar region in comparison with median Russian Federation rates. The results of the preventive «Onkopatrul» project for rectal cancer early diagnostics were carried out. It is shown that not only specialized oncological care is effective in early diagnostics and prophylaxis of malignant neoplasm. Rectal cancer morbidity of Kuban population is 20,2-20,6 on 100 thousand. The Kuban «Onkopatrul» preventive project results in decreasing of III and IV rectal cancer stages from 39,9% in 2010 to 36,5% in 2012-2013. Moreover, improvement of specialized oncologic care for advanced rectal cancer by using of intraoperative «Photon radio surgical INTRABEAM®» system as the combined treatment described in the article.

By means of clinical and laboratory methods, the immunological status of unstimulated oral fluid was investigated in children aged 4,5 to 8 after the application of removable orthodontic appliances according to the indices of immunoglobulins (sIgA, IgA, IgG), lactoferrin, lysozyme activity, bactericidal effect of mixed saliva; also the balance coefficient of local immunity factors is calculated. A significant reduction of the protective properties of mixed saliva at a steady stress of the immune system is revealed; the immunostimulating and immune corrective therapy is recommended for normalization of humoral immunity factors during the apparatus treatment with the use of different groups of base materials.

The article analyzes the data obtained from the survey 295 dentists on dental implants with different work experience in the field of medicine and dentistry - from 5 to 20 years. The findings of the study data indicate inadequate training of doctors, significant gaps in academic and specialized knowledge of the majority of the doctors surveyed, which gives rise to the need for correction of both academic and postgraduate education curriculu.

Article is devoted to studying the state of stress-realizing and stress-limiting systems in teenage boys with different levels of physical development. We observed 144 healthy teenagers and 123 teenagers with heart rhythm disturbances. it is established that resort therapy causes a decrease in the tone of the stress-realizing systems of accelerants and increase the tone of the stress-limiting system of retardants.

The purpose of this study was to develop differentiated approaches to the use of immunomodulators in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis on the basis of clinical and immunological examination of patients. The study involved 69 patients with compensated form of chronic tonsillitis. Polyoxidonium 6 mg per day for 10 days in sublingual solution form was studied. According to our results in patients treated with polyoxidonium, more complete, fast positive dynamics of clinical and immunological parameters and more stable therapeutic effect within 6 months of observation was achieved. The data obtained allow us to recommend the useof polyoxidonium in complex treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis.

Cytokines is a new class of endogenous polypeptide mediators of intercellular interactions which regulate the immune system and affect the inflammatory reaction. The works devoted to the research of cytokine profile in children with various forms of megaurether, complicated by pyelonephritis, are not so common in the literature. We conducted research on definition of serumal levels сytokines at children of early age with a megaureter complicated by secondary pyelonephritis. All the patients were divided into 3 groups: I group - obstructive megaurether (n=8); II group - refluxing megaurether (n=12); III group - control, with no signs of urodynamics (n=15). We determined the serum levels of the following cytokines - the factor of swelling necrosis - alpha (TNF-α,) interleukin-6(IL-6), soluble receptor of the factor of swelling necrosis TNF-1 (CTNF-R1) and interleukin-8 (IL-8). The probable immunological basis in development of defeat of kidneys is defined at an obstructive megaureter.

The paper describes the development of the local and general statement of free radical oxidation in patients with vitreous opacities during vitrectomy. We examined 35 patients who underwent surgical treatment of vitreous opacities. We observed a positive dynamics of free radical oxidation after the operation: a full recovery of biochemical parameters in the late postoperative period. Among the complications mentioned cataract development in some patients who did not receive antioxidant therapy. Vitrectomy improves the visual function and is supposed to be safe and efficient in patients with floating vitreous opacities.

The analysis of a course of specific process against pregnancy at 59 patients is carried out, 25 women at whom tuberculosis was revealed during the real pregnancy, made group of comparison of them the main group - 34 women at whom pregnancy came against the course of active tuberculosis. it is established that pregnancy negatively influences the current and a tuberculosis outcome, can lead to complications and disease progressing. Anomalies position of individual teeth are quite common pathology dentition. This is a problem as during the orthodontic treatment of anomalies and deformations dental system in the preparation of oral prosthetics. Study of literature has shown that the problem of optimal control methods leveling of the teeth was not enough emphasis. Lack of data on the limits of orthodontic treatment for this pathology. The proposed technique will allow us to justify the change in the position of the teeth during orthodontic treatment and get the rules that will continue to guide features orthodontic treatment of patients with abnormalities of the teeth using braces and microimplants.

The objectives of this study is evaluation of the role of elastography of shear wave in addition to color Doppler ultrasound in differential diagnosis of the focal thyroid pathology. For this purpose 134 patients with different nodal pathology of thyroid gland were examined before surgery. The acquired elastography datasets were comparable to the morphologycal analysis at the thyroid gland biopsy. We've concluded that the elastography of shear wave with color Doppler ultrasound provide a more reliable and valid assessment of the thyroid nodule, than both 2D ultrasound imaging and Color Doppler. This technique can aid in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer more early.

The paper presents the results of a study of the mineral composition of supercritical carbon dioxide extracts № 1, № 2 and number 3 seed black cumin seed by capillary electrophoresis. According to the research found that in all the carbon dioxide extracts were identified 8 minerals (potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, copper, zinc, iron and manganese). The maximum content in the extract macronutrients observed number 2 (2966±78 mg/kg). As regards minerals, the dominating amount of the extract was concentrated in the number 3 (27,3±0,82 mg/kg). When studying the quantitative content of the individual elements, it was found that the number of the extract 2 prevailing amount were found potassium, magnesium and calcium. High concentrations of sodium, zinc and copper were observed in the extract of number 3. Extract number 1 differed from extracts number 2 and number 3 maximum content of iron and manganese. Thus, the results of the study of supercritical carbon dioxide extracts from the seeds of black cumin seed in respect of macro- and micronutrients indicate their degree of enrichment of the most important combinations of minerals.

Psycho-emotional state of 94 patients with diabetes mellitus in connection with clinical characteristics of the diabetes was investigated. The following factorial connections were established: 1) between age and health-feeling and mood; 2) between sex differences and health-feeling and activity; 3) between type of diabetes and health-feeling and mood; 4) between a hyperglycemia and activity; 5) between type of therapy (insulin therapy, sulfonylureas, therapy for complications) and health-feeling and mood.

The use in the evaluation of the effectiveness of health care based on an assessment of the quality of life is an important aspect of the objectivity of the use of various sets of therapeutic treatments. Assessed the quality of life of 81 patients before the start of treatment and one month after treatment. Medical therapy included the use of insulin in the average daily dose. Used drug «Tiogamma». The results of evaluation of QoL in patients with type 1 diabetes using a common questionnaire SF-36 allowed to note that the disease leads to lower QoL in five scales of the questionnaire. it is noted that the decrease in QoL associated with age, duration of diabetes, reduced physical activity and increased stress components of QoL, the presence of frequent hypoglycemia, as well as a female. The use of drugs in the treatment of thioctic acid can significantly improve the quality of life in this pathology.

The results of pregravidar preparation of women with the use of physiotherapeutic and local natural factors are examined in the article. The women with infertility, endometriosis, premature pregnancy and women suffered from obstetric and gynecologic operations were examined. The influence of the used methods of treatment on the central and peripheral links of reproductive system was estimated. It was proved the high therapeutic effect of the developed system of the reproductive function rehabilitation while pregravidar preparation of women, which allowed to reach the restoration of fertility and the improvement of patients' standard of living.

The objective was to study the effect of hypercalcemia on the changes of renal function due to intragastric and subcutaneous administration of zinc chloride. Hypercalcemia was modeled in rats by introducing them an aqueous solution of vitamin D3 at a dose of 3000 МЕ (0,2 ml)/100 g for 30 days. Zinc chloride was administered intragastrally and subcutaneously at a dose of 20 mg/kg daily for 30 days. The study found that hypercalcemia leaded to more severe manifestations of toxic nephropathy in rats with intragastric administration of zinc chloride and in rats with subcutaneous administration of metal, however, it leaded to lower damaging effect on the kidneys.

For the reason studies particularities of the pathogenesis of reproductive disturbance, autors examined 66 patients aged 16-18 years old with the symptoms of the chronical pyelonephritis. The control group had 60 practicaly healsy girls the same age with normal physical and sexual development. in was determined that the patients with chronical pyelonephritis had different breaches of the hormonal status and gynaecological pathology.

In the paper in order to predict the efficiency of physiotherapy treatment of the patients with eye pathology ultrasound Doppler sonography study of the parameters of orbital blood flow before and after 1-2 manipulations was conducted (Russian Federation patent dated 20.11.2007 № 2310389).The ultrasound prognostic criteria suggested in this paper allow to define the strategy of physiotherapy treatment of the patients with eye pathology.

This articles deals with factors contributing to the spread of tuberculosis in penitentiary institutions received from phthisiatricians (n=92) and doctors of penitentiary service (n=49) filled in anonymous questionnaires in Volgograd. Main factors leading to tuberculosis development and transmission in corrective labour establishments are the following: convicted persons with tuberculosis (85,7%) are unwilling to seek treatment and follow the doctors' advice; convicted persons with neglected tuberculosis (49,0%) are admitted from a civil health service and unfavorable course of tubercular process in convicted persons (34,7%). More than half of phthisiatricians (55.5%) consider the existing level of cooperation of civil and penitentiary antituberculous services is low and ineffective, but physicians in penal settings put forward an opposite view being satisfied with it. The risk of existent tuberculosis infection for civil society in corrective labour establishments is of concern by 61,2% of physicians in penal settings. Obtained data show the necessity to organize close cooperation of different services to prevent the spread of tuberculosis in civil society.

We report a case of meningioma in the left temporal lobe which was successfully treated in our clinic. Howewer, two years later the new tumor was grown in the same temporal lobe. MRi and PET scan demonstrated the oligoastrocytoma of the medial temporal lobe.
