Abstract
The article presents the results of the survey dentists on problems of endodontic treatment of teeth. The data obtained indicate a low level of knowledge of doctors, the use of inappropriate methods and materials for obturation of root canals. Lack of awareness of physicians, as well as extremely poor knowledge of anatomy of the maxillofacial region, casts doubt on the quality of education and requires a major adjustment curriculum as students and postgraduate level, including training cycles.

Abstract
A correlation analysis to identify the relationship between markers of endothelial dysfunction (coefficient of endothelial function - EFC, type C natriuretic peptide, endothelin-1) and indicators reflecting the activity of inflammation (C - reactive protein, fractalkine) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchial asthma (BA), coronary heart disease (CHD), arterial hypertension (AH) and in patients with comorbidity (COPD+CHD, COPD+AH, BA+ CHD, BA+AH). It was revealed that at comorbid combinations COPD+AG, BA+AG basic mechanism of development of endothelial dysfunction is the activation of chemotactic inflammatory cascade with hyperproduction of fractalkine. C-reactive protein, fractalkine are diagnostic and prognostic markers defeat of endothelium in patients with combinations of COPD+ CHD, BA+CHD.

Abstract
The aim of this work was studying of monocytes and granulocytes lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-connecting potential at Grave’s disease patients with various response type on endotoxin in interrelation with C(-159)T polymorphism of CD14 monocytes receptors. The antiendotoxin Ig G (anti-ET-IgG) blood concentrations were studied by ELISA for subdivided group patients according antibodies response to ET. The monocytes and granulocytes LPS-connecting potential were assessed by laser double staining flow cytometry. Genetic polymorphism defined by PCR. All patients with GD were divided into three groups. 1st group included 30 patients ET antibodies hyper- and normoresponders with CC allele combination; the 2nd group was made by 36 patients ET antibodies hyper- and normoresponders with pathological T allele; the 3d group included all ET antibodies hyporesponders (21 patients) who had pathological T allele. 33 healthy donors were investigated too. It was revealed that the monocytes and granulocytes LPS-connecting potential in the group normo-, hyper-and hyporesponders with a genotype, which contains T alel were higher than in group of patients without a mutation and in group of control. Thus patients with hyporesponder response, being combined with a genotype containing T alel in 159 positions of a gene of CD14 receptor, are more predisposed to endotoxin's pathological action.

Abstract
On laboratory animals receded experimental model of hyperthyroidism. Work carded out on 46 white male rats of Wistar weighing 250-300 g. Laboratory animals administered daily L-thyroxine in a dose of 1,6 mg per 1 kg of body weight. Rats were taken out of the experience through 7, 14, 21, 28, 45, 60 and 90 days. To determine the level of thyroid hormone blood sampling was carried out from tail vein. Conducted macroscopic and microscopic examination of the liver. The experimental results showed that the daily administration of L-thyroxine observed increase in the level of thyroid hormones (T4, T3) in the blood and a decrease in thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). Histological examination of the liver revealed diffuse hydropic and ballooning degeneration of hepatocytes, colliquative necrosis areas with the formation of cavities, diffuse perisinusoidal edema, lymphocytic infiltration. When stained with nitro acid silver identified nucleolar organizers. Marked increase in the number of nucleolar organizer regions in experimental thyrotoxicosis on the 28th day and the gradual reduction of the end of the experiment.

Abstract
Mercury and cadmium poisoning leads to the development of a powerful oxidative stress was associated with increased concentrations of malondialdehyde and hydroperoxide. These changes combined with a decrease in catalase activity, indicating that inhibition of the action of the antioxidant defense mechanisms of the system. Application melaxen in chronic intoxication with heavy metal salts, has a pronounced antioxidant effect, which leads to a reduction of lipid peroxidation and the simultaneous increase in the activity of catalase.

Abstract
The method of bacteriologic investigation employing the anaerobic cultivation technique, as well as the molecular-genetic method based on polymerase chain reaction, were used to detect the major parodontopathogenic species and to conduct quantitative evaluation of parodontopathogenic and residential microflora in gingival sulcus biofilm in children and adolescents (aged 7-14) with dentoalveolar anomalies. It has been shown that a proper indicator best reflecting the intensity of morphological and functional disturbances in case of dentoalveolar anomalies in children and adolescents, is an increase of parodontopathogene genetic markers in gingival fluid (Porphyromonas gingivalis, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, and Bacteroides forsythus).

Abstract
A comparative analysis was carried out concerning the state of the system «lipid peroxidation - antioxidant protection» (POL-AOP) in mixed saliva of patients with chronic periodontitis of mild (n = 22), moderate (n = 20) and severe (n = 18) form at the background of hypothyroidism. As a result of the research it was found that at the background of hypothyroidism there develops an imbalance in the work of all parts of the local system of nonspecific defense of the body, especially at severe periodontitis. And reduction of key enzymes of the antiradical protection (superoxide dismutase and catalase) in mixed saliva is the leading biochemical change that is accompanied by increased inflammation in the periodontium. It is shown that the adaptation increase and AOP therapeutic effect in the shortest term after the use of mexidol is manifested by reducing lipid peroxidation processes, especially in patients with mild periodontitis. Effectiveness of the treatment of moderate and severe periodontitis using mexidol was significantly lower, in comparative aspect.

Abstract
Russian Federation and Ukraine have various regulatory legal acts governing the registration of infectious and parasitic diseases and epidemiological surveillance in general. Due to adoption of the health standards of Russian Federation in Republic of Crimea in 2015, we can expect the increase of infectious and parasitic diseases in some nosology. But this process cannot be associated with worsening the epidemiological situation in Crimea; it may be the result of improving the quality of clinical, laboratory and epidemiological diagnosis. Accession the new region to the Russian Federation and the associated change in the health care system can provide valuable information that compares performance of selected elements of the two systems and use the data to improve them.

Abstract
Comparative assessment of cytokine profile status in aqueous chamber moisture with experimental rabbits while use of traditional suture material and nickelid titanium monolithic fibers with penetrating wounds of eye cornea has been done. It has been approved within the course of examinations (3, 7, 30 days) that use of conventional suture material does not influence on FNOα concentration; concentration of IL1β is certainly increases from the 3rd day of examinations and remains unchanged up to the end of monitoring; IL2 concentration probably significant increases to the 30th day of examination and concentration of IL10 increased in early period (on the 3rd day), is declining to the same level with noninvolved animals. in any period of examinations after suturing of eye cornea with nickelid titanium monolithic fibers of rabbits in experimental group, level of IL2, IL10, FNOα was fixed on the reference value level, except of obvious reduction of the latter (IL10, FNOα) in early periods of monitoring (3rd day). Herewith, certainly increased IL1β concentration that was studied dynamically, was less expressed compared to that appeared while use of conventional suture materials with postoperative rabbits. Analysis of the obtained data generally grounds advisability and preferable ness of use of suture material of nickelid titanium in cases of penetrating eye cornea wounds that has been confirmed by clinical data in this experiment.

Abstract
Assessing the microvasculature (MV) in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) compared to the relatively healthy volunteers and in patients with different severity level kidney disease, by determining parameters of capillary blood flow using Doppler ultrasonic. 326 people examined, 34 of them were relatively healthy volunteers, 144 patients with hypertension, 148 patients with hypertension and concomitant renal disease. It is revealed that relatively healthy volunteers have normal microvasculature reaction in response to the test with an external action (cold test and reactive hyperemia test), and in patients with arterial hypertension this reaction is disrupted and appears as a slow and inadequate response of the microvasculature to stimuli. The comparison of the microvasculature in persons with normal and reduced GFR obtained that decreased GFR is accompanied by a deterioration in microcirculation both at rest and during functional tests. This can be used as a preclinical marker of kidney damage in hypertensive patients along with the calculated GFR.
