Abstract
To develop a working classification of traumatic spinal stenosis for injuries of the lower thoracic and lumbar spine. 170 patients with injuries of the lower thoracic and lumbar spine accompanied by traumatic spinal stenosis for 20052013. Decompressive-stabilizing operations with PSF were done for all patients. Priority was given to reposition indirect decompression. The dependence of the efficiency of the reformation of the spinal canal stenosis by morphological reasons was studied. This classification allows to predict for PSF the effectiveness of the reposition of the dural sac decompression by stretching ligaments. Reposition and decompression are most effective when compression of the dural sac by a single bone fragment back of the vertebral body or two large fragments without reversion to 10 days after injury, or if subluxation and dislocation in the early and intermediate periods of spinal cord injury.

Abstract
Within our study we compared the effectiveness of laparoscopic myomectomy with bed unit closure with individual sutures and a monofilament self-locking thread. Depending on the way of the uterine wall closure during laparoscopic myomectomy 2 groups were formed among 40 women: in group I (n = 20) a monofilament synthetic thread of poliglecaprone (Monocryl Plus 0) was used by individual Z-shaped sutures; in group II (n = 20) a node-free uninterrupted suture was used with the thread with a serrated design and a fixing loop (V-lock 180 «0»). Using a node-free suture in laparoscopic myomectomy helped to reduce the duration of suturing the myometrium defect, the intraoperative blood loss, general surgical risks and the complexity of the intervention. Certain clinical benefits in using barbed suture V-lock were identified: the formation of a well-fixed uterine scar due to full recovery of the uterus anatomy after laparoscopic myomectomy while minimizing intra- and postoperative complications.

Abstract
It was found that during the experiments on rats assisted by the Doppler flowmetering method the benzofurocainum (BF) lowers the erythrocyte flow and its fluctuation in the capillary race of the attached gum (AG) of the lower incisors by the intraperitoneal introduction in the dosage of 10 mg/kg in conditions of sound parodentium during 40 min (most evidently on the 10th min). In addition the vasomotor activity remains stable in comparison with the initial one, that can be conditioned by the increase of the general peripheric vessel resistance. In conditions of experimental periodontitis (EP) the blood microcirculation (BMC) in AG undergoes essential changes to lowering. The use of the traditional medicamental therapy (TMT) against the background of EP causes the increment in BMC in the chosen area after 12 days of treatment; one month later BMC decreases. The combination ТМТ + BF in taken conditions of the experiment induces the increment in BMC immediately after the treatment as well as one month after the use, besides BMC reaches the initial level.

Abstract
In the present study we have investigated influence of SS-68, which has been previously demonstrated to produce potent antiarrhythmic effects in mammalian myocardium, on the electrophysiological effects of selective M3 cholinoreceptors stimulation in rat atrial myocardium. M3 receptors were activated with muscarinic agonist pilocarpine (10 jM) in the presence of highly selective blocker of M2 cholinoreceptors methoctramine (100 nM). In isolated left atrial preparations M3 stimulation produced reduction of action potential duration by 20 ± 2,2% of control duration. SS-68 (10 jM) decreased intensity of action potential shortening more than twice - to 7,9 ± 1,1% of control action potential duration. SS-68 also suppressed action potential shortening produced by pilocarpine in the absence of M2 antagonist. Thus, compound SS-68 attenuates effect of joint activation of M2 and M3 receptors as well as the effect of selective M3 stimulation.

Abstract
Smoking is one of the most pressing public health problems. Despite numerous antismoking campaigns, the proportion of women smokers is not decreasing. Smoking during pregnancy has an adverse influence on the physiological course of pregnancy and on the fetus and newborn. It has been proven that tobacco smoke is detected about 4 thousand different chemical compounds, of which 200 are the most toxic. Therefore the fetus develops in conditions of chronic hypoxia and is subjected to a toxic effect of constituents of tobacco smoke. In this connection there is a need to investigate the condition of the skin microcirculation with early pregnancy. At the present time, wide implementation in practice of doctors of various specialties, including obstetricians and gynecologists, the method of laser doppler flowmetry.

Abstract
The research objective is an assessment of effectiveness of hyperbaric re-respiration (HRR) in treatment of military servicemen suffering from chronic abacterial prostatitis (CAP). The research type is prospective (cohort), clinical and physiological. The subjects are 38 patients with CAP in the acute phase (category III A and III B), aged 32-46, were randomly allocated into 3 groups depending on the kind of therapy: the control group - conventional treatment of CAP in the acute phase (n = 10); the comparison group (n = 14) - traditional therapy and 12-14 hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments (35-40-minute stay in the oxygen chamber at a pressure of about 153 kPa); the treatment group (n = 14) - the traditional therapy and a course of HRR (12-14 treatments, 35-40 minute stay under the conditions of higher oxygen (27.9 kPa) and carbon dioxide (3.4 kPa) partial pressure produced in the pressure chamber at a total pressure of about 153 kPa). All patients before treatment, after his graduation, and then six months later determined the indices of phagocyte activity of neutrophils, which are judged on the state of nonspecific resistance. Initial examination revealed a clear shortage of nonspecific protective mechanisms in most patients. Spent treatment accompanied by statistically significant increases in aerobic and anaerobic phagocyte activity only in patients of the treatment group that has resulted in significant inter-group differences of the studied parameters. Through 6 months in patients of the treatment group registered a further increase in the activity of aerobic and anaerobic mechanisms of phagocytosis in the absence of such trends in the other two groups. Therefore, the appointment of HRR promotes activation of nonspecific resistance mechanisms in patients with CAP, which contributes to extension of relapse-free period in the course of the disease.

Abstract
Using the combined of L-arginine with inhibitors of HMG-Co-A reductase simvastatin, atorvastatin, rosuvastatin and rosuvastatin nanopartikulirovannym on background modeling endotoxin-induced disease, the introduction of strain 603 Staphylococcusaureus shows endotelio- and cardioprotective effects, manifested in preventing the proliferation coefficient of endothelial dysfunction (CED), adrenoreactivity, maintaining myocardial reserve and the normalization of the values of biochemical markers (Total NO, expression of eNOS, C-reactive protein, IL-6, TNF). Thus, combination therapy was so effective, that the values obtained in the combination therapy did not differ from those derived from control animals.

Abstract
We investigated the relative expression of genes responsible for the estrogen reception and metabolism - CYP1A 1, CYP1A 2, CYP1B 1, CYP19A, ESR1, ESR2, GPER, STS, SULT1A and SULT1E1 - by real-time PCR in tumor and conditionally healthy uterine tissues of 27 female patients in Southern Russia aged 38-72 years with histologically confirmed diagnosis of uterine cancer. It is found that transcription activity of these genes during malignancy of uterine tissues depends of female patients age and the stage of tumor cells differentiation. It is potentially allow to use investigated genes as biomarkers of uterine tissues malignancy with considering age features of female patients and stages of cancer process development.

Abstract
To assess the degree of upper uric tracts normalization, which is key for cure of ureter hydronephrosis of various genesis, we used the ureterectasia rate (UR). The necessity in its calculation is imperative due to the absence of evident tests, which enable to assess the rate of megaloureter reduction. Immediate ureter normalization just after removing the causes of ureter dysfunction, especially in case of its obstructive form, is impossible. Absolute figures of ureter diameter are unobjective, as they do not take into account child's stature, which is essential in the fist year of life.

Research objective - to study influence of influence of the highest frequencies on biologically active points for the purpose of stimulation of a fagotsitoz at patients with a chronic generalized periodontal disease of varying severity and acceleration of recovery. 160 patients with a chronic generalized periodontal disease took part in research. Average age of patients made 30 (25; 35) years. When studying indicators of a fagotsitoz the following indicators were defined: activity and intensity of a fagotsitoz of neutrophils of peripheral blood it was estimated on a fagotsitarny index and fagotsitarny number. Activity of oxygen-containing systems of neutrophils was estimated on reaction of restoration nitroblue a tetrazoliya spontaneous and stimulated the zimozany. As pathogenetic therapy used the highest frequencies in number of 10 sessions on biologically active points of face skin. In the course of research it is established that patients a chronic generalized periodontal disease have a restoration of indicators of a fagotsitoz. Results of research can be applied in complex treatment of patients with a generalized periodontal disease.

Abstract
In the article the results of examination of some immune characteristics, including some autoantibodies in 28 children with chronic constipation are represented. Increased levels of circulating immune complexes and increased spontaneous NST test were the most common immune laboratory findings. ANCA were found in 18 patients. There were no correlation between the type of constipation (dolichosigmoid, anal athresia, functional constipation), severety and character of disbiosis and ANCA rates. Thus, in most cases revealed immune disorders may indicate chronic inflammation in the bowl associated with chronic constipation. Children with increased ANCA rates seems have the higher risk of autoimmune disorders in future
