Authors have researched reasons of efficacy decreasing and suggested original ways to elaborate that, after that have carried outcomparing the results in the groupofcomparison.

The article is devoted to assessing the state of health of the recruits of the Stavropol territory based on survey of 998 young people aged 15-17 years. The study concluded that is high self-assessment of personal health youth of premilitary age. It is difficult to call healthy life of the respondents. It was found that among respondents moderately prevalent smoking, alcohol and substance use, early sexual relations. It was revealed that a significant proportion of conscripts had suicidal thoughts (16.6% of respondents), accompanied by suicidal actions in 12.7% of cases, the most common cause, which was social disadvantage families of young men. It was determined directly proportional relationship between the family life and self-esteem personal health, family presence reduces the incidence of suicidal acts among young people.

The dynamics of the prevalence, incidence, and clinical and statistical characteristics of primary and metastatic brain tumors (BT) with regard to their histological types in the Rostov region, depending on the environmental conditions of life, different age and gender and social groups who were treated in specialized and non-specialized hospitals of Rostov-on-Don for the period from 1 january 2010 to 2015 is a proven result. A further increase in the level of incidence of malignant brain tumors, both due to the improved diagnostics of tumor diseases of the brain, and the influence of climatic, demographic, environmental and medico-social characteristics of the study region were showed. However, many epidemiological aspects of neoplastic diseases of the brain remains poorly understood, requires the continuation of this study.

We analyzed the medical histories of 327 victims of road traffic accidents in 2012-2014 in Severodvinsk and adjoining roads of Arkhangelsk region (12-km section of the federal road M-8 «Kholmogory» and a range of regional roads connecting the city with other municipalities), which are in the area of responsibility of the city ambulance station. The age and sex structure of victims, seasonal, weekly and daily characteristics of the accidents were estimated.

The influence of molybdenum and lead intoxication on the mineral content of the femur, blood calcium level and its excretion with the urine in rats with hypo- and hypercalcaemia was studied. It is shown that metal intragastric administration in experimental hypoparathyroidism contributes to less pronounced changes in calcium metabolism. Calcitonin hypocalcaemia and experimental hypervitaminosis D in combination with intragastric metal receipt increase its bone accumulation and induce decalcification, markedly affect the calcium excretion and blood calcium content. For parenteral metal intake in rats with hypocalcaemia calcium metabolism is disturbed to a greater extent. Experimental hypercalcaemia has a protective effect on the development of symptoms of molybdenum and lead intoxication.

The study proposed an algorithm for determining the optimised predicted individual parameters of dental arches in people with abnormal shapes and sizes of dentofacial arches. The algorithm is based on the most stable parameters of the dental arches, namely the width of the dental arches measured between the second permanent molars and the sum of mesial-distal sizes of 14 permanent teeth. Reasonable calculation of linear dimensions based on the proposed stable parameters of the dental arches should be used in orthodontic treatment tactics development.

The article is devoted to the application of TES-therapy in the complex treatment of angina pectoris II-III functional class. To assess the efficacy of treatment was assessed cytokine status (IL-1β, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10) and hormonal profile (cortisol, ACTH, β-endorphin) in patients with stable angina II-III functional class. All patients were divided into 2 groups: 1st (n=30) therapy of angina and for protocol 2 (n=30) therapy angina protocol and TES-therapy. It is shown that patients of the 1st group is not marked to normalize the level of the studied cytokines. In the 2nd group of patients the level of the studied cytokines was significantly decreased (p<0.01), and levels of ACTH, cortisol and β-endorphin significantly (p<0.01) increased. Thus, TES-therapy conducted during the 2nd group of patients, contributes to the correction of cytokine imbalance and the hormonal profile that suggests its inclusion in the standard therapy of angina.

Through the biometric study of jaw models individual dimensions of the dental arches (upper and lower jaws) and hard palate were evaluated in children aged 3-4 years with optimal functional occlusion and malocclusion. In two years of dynamic observation in children with optimal functional occlusion a slight increase in the transversal sizes of the upper and lower teeth rows, as well as the width and height of the palate were found. As a result of the orthodontic treatment in children with malocclusion there was found an increase in frontal-retromolar and transverse dimensions of the dental arches of the upper and lower jaws combined with widening of the palate, while the change in the height of the palate was not statistically significant.

Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a key factor in the etiology of various gastrointestinal diseases. The interaction analysis of a pathogenicity factor of H. pylori dupA and morphological changes in the gastric mucosa (GM) in children with chronic inflammatory diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract (GIT). The results show the influence of this factor on the pathogenicity on the severity of clinical disease. I n this study the dependence of the formation of gastritis high degree of activity, and the incidence of sclerotic and dystrophic changes in the coolant depending on the carrier dupA gene have been identified. However, the presence of dupA gene was associated with a low chance of developing atrophy.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the local treatment of chronic endometritis in patients with impaired reproductive function. On the basis of examination and treatment of 45 women of reproductive age with chronic endometritis and reproductive dysfunction showed that combined treatment method developed with the introduction into the uterus and pelvic antimicrobial, antibacterial, immunomodulatory and proteolytic products, increases the efficiency of traditional therapy. After treatment showed normalization of microbiological, dopplerometric and immunological parameters that contributed the most complete restoration of reproductive function.

This study identified associations between mutation status of the BRAF gene and the clinico-morphological features of melanoma patients in the South of Russia of the age group over 55 years. It was carried out molecular genetic study of exon 15 of the BRAF gene sequencing method of Sanger and by RT-PCR in 35 patients in Southern Russia with morphologically confirmed diagnosis of skin melanoma. The study found that the presence of mutations in the gene BRAF was significantly associated with increasing tumor thickness according to Breslow. We also observed an increase in the frequency of ulceration of the tumor by 21% in patients with an activating V600 mutation. The frequency of detection of V600 mutations in the BRAF gene in tissues of melanoma was 40%.

This article presents the analysis of narcotic analgesics (NA) cost for the treatment of chronic pain syndrome (CPS) in oncologic patients, paid for with the funds of regional budget of the Nizhny Novgorod region in 2010-2014. The analysis was performed using the electronic prescriptions database. In total, during the abovementioned period, 2543 NA prescriptions, free of charge for patients with malignant neoplasm (MN), were issued from the regional budget. The yearly cost of providing oncologic outpatients with NA averaged 1,011,421.07 rubles for the regional budget. Most of that had been spent on trimeperidine (34.82%). It was noted that the expenses on transdermal fentanyl had increased. A cost of a single NA prescription for MN patients - beneficiaries of regional authorities - averaged 257.03 rubles.

The paper found that the intraoperative administration of antioxidants during vitreoretinal surgery is accompanied by a more pronounced, statistically significant positive dynamics of the functional state of the visual analyzer of clinical and biochemical parameters compared to patients treated with antioxidants in the postoperative period and patients of the control group, which, combined with a reduction in the likelihood of developing cataracts provides a statistically significant positive trend BCVA distance (in relative units 0,06-0,07, p <0,01) and quality of life of the patient (in the 3.0-3.2%, p <0,05).

The nuclei of smooth muscle cells show pleomorphism and increase the index of the nuclear symmetry. The formed foci of adenomyosis identified unidirectional changes. It is possible that the nuclear symmetry index and the index of the optical density of the nuclei can be interpreted as molecular predictors of oncogenic transformation.

This study focuses on the comparison of the level of NT-proBNP with indicators of the scale of assessment of clinical status in chronic heart failure patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and identify possible correlations with the severity of symptoms included in this scale, features. Morphologically healthy tissues of contralateral ovaries had signs of the imbalance in antioxidant factors similar to those in the ovaries affected by tumor. Neoadjuvant polychemotherapy resulted in normalization of metabolism parameters in both tumorous and contralateral ovaries.

Comparative assessment of cytokine moisture in aqueous chamber with experimental rabbits while use of nickelid titanium suture and in case of traditional suture material in hypotension operations. During the experiment, moisture in aqueous chamber has been studied with 10 adult rabbits, the samples were taken on 3rd, 7th and 30th days and in 3 months after hypotension surgery administered with nickelid titanium suture used as a retention suture. Control group consisted of 5 rabbits, for whom hypotension surgery has been performed with traditional suture material and of 6 intact rabbits. Amount of cytokines in biological fluid (aqueous chamber moisture - ACM) of the animals has been investigated in with enzyme immunodetection method to identify content of cytokines (IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-10). The adverse nature of cytokines balance change and quotient of its pro - and anti-inflammatory components in the dynamics after intraocular implantation with TH-10 suture, that indicates positive anti-inflammatory influence of retention suture of nickelid titanium and becomes evident in significant reduction of anti-inflammatory component in cytokine balance, that develops in the farthermost monitoring terms, as well as in clinically unresponsive post-operative course with animals of test group compared to comparison group.

Study the effects of ramipril and candesartan on the functional state of the right ventricle and the pulmonary circulation hemodynamics in patients with myocardial infarction anterior wall of the left ventricle. The study included 45 patients admitted within 24 hours of onset. Patients were divided into two groups: a control group included in the standard therapy ramipril, while in the test group in place of ramipril login candesartan. The therapy in both clinical groups showed a significant increase in left ventricular ejection fraction, which was accompanied by positive dynamics in terms of the functional state of the right ventricle. Thus, candesartan is not as effective as ramipril in preventing early postinfarction remodeling of the right ventricle.

Were examined 75 women, average age 32,4 ± 3,1 years, duration disease (fibroids) 4,29±1,5 years (from 2 to 7 years). Initial diameter of fibroids 45,82±20,76 mm, after conservative myomectomy 16,55±2,56 мм. Number of fibroids /per woman 5,18±2,5. Pharmacotherapy were provided with agonists of GnRH agonists, intrauterine levonorgestrel containing the depot - the system, antiprogestins. No significant deferens of efficiency depended from type of pharmacotherapy was found: decreased of volume of uterus, number of fibroids nodes, diameter of dominant node.

This article presents the results of dynamic changes in biochemical parameters in blood and liver of laboratory animals in modeling of partial vascular isolation of liver using a Pringle-maneuver. Indicators of cytolytic syndrome, prooxidantantioxidant and detoxification system function was studied. Research found evidence of a gradual increase of cytolysis of hepatocytes, intensity of free radical processes, endogenous intoxication, which accompanied of compensatory systems activation by the first 10-15 minutes, and being depleted to 20 minutes of ischemia. These data reveal prospects of metabolic correction of possible complications intraoperative clamping hepatoduodenal bunch by means of antioxidant orientation. Received data may be useful in the formation of concepts about the reasonable time limits of liver vascular isolation.
