We propose a reliable method of direct measurement of intra-abdominal pressure. Found that all patients with peritonitis pancreatogenic has increased intra-abdominal pressure greater than 15 mm hg. art. and increased intra-abdominal pressure correlates with the severity of the pathological process, the higher the rates of intra-abdominal pressure, the more severe the disease process. Determination of intra-abdominal pressure is of great prognostic value indicating whether the tactics of patients with pancreatogenic peritonitis.

This article is devoted to the study of remote results of reconstructive operations with atherosclerotic affection of femoral-popliteal-tibial segment. This original technique used intraoperatively to evaluate the volume of the distal bed. It is found, that in postoperative period the graft patency depends on index of the distal bed.

The scientific work presents analysis of an examination of 78 patients with floating thrombosis in the iliac-femoral venous segment. Аll patients depending on the method of surgical treatment were divided into three groups. First group consists of patients who had had thrombectomy of iliac-femoral venous segment with the plication superficial femoral vein (SFV). Patients from second group has had thrombectomy and ligation of the SFV. Third group consist of patients who had had thrombectomy with resection of the (SFV).In all patients of group I in the remote period the symptoms of chronic venous disease (CVD) were manifested by mild edema and did not exceed grade 3. While in group II at 5% (2) of patients diagnosed grade 4 CVD as trophic disorders of the skin shin, and the terms of recanalization of the thrombosed veins in 38.5% (15) patients have come at a later date in comparison with I group. The worst results were marked in group III. There were more pronounced than in I and II groups the swelling of the limbs and trophic disturbances. Recanalization in the majority of patients of this group 71,4% (10) occurred in the later stages (6-10 months).

The lacrimal fluid was investigated in 56 people (95 eyes) with type II diabetes, of which 11 (11 eyes) with no signs of diabetic retinopathy and 45 patients (84 eyes) suffering from diabetic retinopathy of varying severity. Investigation of VEGF-A (vascular endothelial growth factor A) in stimulated lacrimal fluid revealed its level in all patients. It was significantly higher in patients with diabetic retinopathy compared with data that have been obtained in patients with diabetes, but without signs of diabetic retinopathy. Statistically significant differences in the level of VEGF-A in patients with non-proliferative and proliferative retinopathy of 1-3 stages have not been identified. At the same time in patients with far-advanced retinopathy with marked variations of fatal retina and vitreous body (detachment expressed gliosis), but without evidence of neovascularization of the anterior eye, a significant decrease in the level of vasoproliferative factors has revealed.

The observations were being carried out on 186 medical professionals who were sent to the flooded area-the city of Krymsk, and on 340 people who were already there. Their stress resistance was being evaluated by the psychological methods: the N.V. Kirsheva, N.V. Ryabchikova personality stress resistance self-test, the Cohen and Willianson stress resistance self test, the Holmes and Rage method of stress resistance and social adaptation evaluation, the method of neuropsychological resistance evaluation, the evaluation of disadaptation risk in stress «Prognosis» via the traumatic stress questionnaire. The comparison of the effectiveness of those psychological tests in the evaluation of the levels of stress resistance showed that the most informative method is «Prognosis». Among the evaluates persons, who were present in the flooded area there was determined 94 person with acute stress disorder. They were hospitalized. Three months after the disaster and rehabilitation 66 patients had symptoms of an acute stress disorder, and after 6 months 34 patients persisted.

The work highlights the results of a study performed involving 257 patients of both sexes in the first period of their adulthood, who had physiological occlusion of permanent teeth and brachygnathic shape of dental arches. Dental arches are considered brachygnath^ in cases where the width prevails largely over the depth, which makes the arch appear as short and wide. For cases with brachygnathic normodontia and microdontia the angles of vestibular-lingual inclination matched the low torque braces. Brachygnathic macrodontia arch shape showed the angles of vestibular-lingual inclination closer to the standard torque. The angulation angles in cases with brachygnathic shape of dental arches proved to be of no dependence with the size of the permanent teeth, while the difference in such factors was not significant.

The study describes the automatic algorithm for image analysis based on software Cellprofiler. For the main example of the principal implementation of the analysis process agar culture swabs of Staphylococcus aureus were taken. The proposed algorithms of recognition of microbial elements were verified and showed a significantly higher efficiency compared to the visual method of counting by the laboratory specialist.

The article presents the results of studies of the effect of distant preconditioning by creating short-term limb ischemia and pharmacologic preconditioning of resveratrol on the size of myocardial necrosis and the level of troponin I in serum after ischemia-reperfusion. Established a comparable protective effect as distant and pharmacological preconditioning. Possible mechanisms of the protective effect of pharmacological preconditioning during ischemia/reperfusion. Preconditioning of the heart by resveratrol provides cardioprotection, as evidenced by the reduction in the size of the area of myocardial necrosis. Cardioprotection resveratrol was completely abolished as N-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), and aminoguanidine (AG), which show that resveratrol provides cardioprotection type of ischemic preconditioning by nitric oxide synthase (NOS).

The study involved 257 individuals with physiological occlusion of their permanent teeth and the brachygnathic shape of the dental arches. The outcomes revealed a certain dependence between the major linear parameters of brachygnathic dental arches and the size of the permanent teeth. The main indicator of the brachygnathic dental arch is the dental arch index (the ratio of the depth of the arch to its width), which was below 0.71. The determination of the DSLS-test values 19,9 plus more unit and less than minus 22,1 unit evidence of the development of purulent-inflammatory complications of acute pancreatitis with a sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the method 89,4%, 90,5% и 89,8% respectively.

On the model of systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by toxi-allergic myocarditis 10-day duration in rabbits the efficacy of 5 days (beginning after 5 days from the injection of staphylococcus toxins) administration of the various pharmacological agents on the endotoxemia intensity has been studied. It has been shown that pathological shifts in cytokine system in myocardium occurs early than in blood. The efficacy of action of the studding cardiotonic drug on the endotoxemia were: Adenocin® > amrinone ≥ digoxin > levosimendan. Influence of Adenocin®, and in less extent digoxin unlike amrinone and levosimendan, leads to the decreasing in the expression of nuclear transcription factor NF-kB and expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1).

The aim of this work was to study basic biochemical parameters of blood serum in experimental animals in subchronic influence of nitric oxide (NO). The experiments were performed on Wistar rats. The animals were divided into 4 groups: control (intact healthy rats) and three experimental, in which the animals within 30 days were receiving the inhalation of gaseous NO at a concentration of 20, 50 and 100 ppm. The gas mixture was synthesized by the apparatus for generating nitric oxide developed at Sarov. Determination of biochemical parameters of blood serum was performed on an automatic analyzer «ILAB 650» (Italy, USA, Japan). It was shown that subchronic inhalation of NO in all the studied concentrations contribute to the increase of glucose, the activity of aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase.

The results of a retrospective comparative analysis of observations of 500 patients of reproductive age with chronic cervicitis cervical ectopic cylindrical epithelium and metaplastic ekzotserviksa (associated and non-associated with human papilloma virus risk high risk) and 100 women with chronic cervicitis in the stratified squamous epithelium. It has been shown that chronic cervicitis with the presence of an ectopic columnar epithelium in the transformation zone ekzotservikse and type I is a fundamentally different form of nosology, unlike chronic cervicitis in the stratified squamous epithelium.

Comparative analysis of drug therapy efficacy for the syndrome of chronic pelvic pain relapses in perinatal endometriosis has been presented: it included dienogest monotherapy and combined interleukin-2 (il-2) and dienogest therapy. It has been proved that dienogest in combination with Interleukin-2 (ronkoleukin) followed by supportive therapy with dienogest-containing oral contraceptives (DCOK) is more effective for arresting pain syndrome, eliminating psycho-emotional disorders and preventing relapses.

It was demonstrated experimentally on mice that dimephosphon as well as actovegin, trental and mexidol in combined -one-fold local and two-fold (with 4h interval) intravenous administration - 24 h after pedicle flap increases its vitality. According to their protective activity the studied drugs can be placed as follows: trental > dimephosphon = mexidol > actovegin. According to the range of their therapeutic effect they can be placed like this - dimephosphon > trental > actovegin > mexidol. Trental is more effective when given in combination appart from dimephosphon, actovegin and mexidol. Topical and intraperitoneal administration of dimephosphon and referent actovegin during 20 days increases engraftment of free dermal autograft (ADA) and epithelization of the lesion (after origin of scab) on the 15-20 days of the investigation. According to their activity the preparations can be divided as follows by the 15th day - actovegin > trental = dimephosphon; by the 20th day - actovegin > dimephosphon = trental. Dimephosphon apart from actovegin and trental prevents the purulence in the area of free ADA.

From elite athletes 40-46 years revealed a relative limitation of ventilatory response to submaximal activity, which is more pronounced in the representatives of power sports.

In our clinic from 2011 to 2013 12 patients with femoral head fructures (Pipkin) were treated. 2 patients with the Pipkin I type were conservatively treated. The others were operated. For successful surgical treatment of the femoral head fractures, you should use only an open anatomical reduction and stable fixation in the shortest possible time after trauma. In cases of Pipkin I and II types was used less traumatic anterior approach to the hip joint, and posterior approach at the IV type of a femoral head fracture. The study (as the main group) 84 patients (84 eyes) aged 42-76 years with severe destructive changes of the vitreous (VDIST), as a control group examined 32 patients of appropriate age and sex, with little or no pathology of the vision. It was found that the occurrence of VDIST accompanied by significant enough violations of hemodynamic and biochemical parameters of the visual system, as well as the parameters of microcirculation. It is assumed that the significantly reduced level of functioning of visual analyzer patients with severe VDIST can be considered as one of the leading risk factors for the development of further more serious vitreoretinal disorders (retinal detachment, macular holes).

The article presents the results of electron microscopy of 52 teeth with various enamel caries, that were considered to be infiltrated material «Icon» (DMG, Germany). The investigation has proved, that in case of white carious spots infiltrant occupied almost the entire volume of a pathologic focus (in 81,8 ± 6,71% of cases). However, in case of pigmented spots no infiltration of the lesion to its full depth was observed. In 78,9 ± 9,35% of this group non-infiltrated teeth caries spots were located within the surface layers of dentin. Extrapolating of these results to the clinic, it can be assumed that the infiltration of caries in the primary stage of pigmented spots does not guarantee stabilization of the caries process.

The study included 41 patients aged 50.0 (39.0, 55.0) years, of which 29 men (70.7%) and 12 women (29.3%) with diabetes type 2 and metabolic syndrome in terms of voluntary informed consent. We studied the effect of combined treatment (correction of physical activity, the formation of healthy food, metformin) for the maintenance of premature aging markers p53 protein in these patients. Apoptosis was studied by determining serum - p53 (U/ml) by ELISA. In patients with type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome increased apoptosis - the content of p53 in the serum reaches 1,9 (1,79; 2,3) U/ml. Against the background of complex treatment of the protein content decreased to 0,98 (0,93; 1,1) U/ml.

The work was conducted he work was based on a retrospective analysis of medical documentation in a group of children hospitalized hospital from home. These children were discharged from another hospital in a satisfactory condition. The article presents the most important risk factors, which must pay attention to the doctor neonatologist and obstetrician. The main are: somatic, obstetrics and infectious anamnesis of women before and during pregnancy, parity of women, the use of reproductive technologies, childbirth methods and course after birth period, infant feeding, epidemiological anamnesis.

The new way of forecasting of the beginning suppuration of postoperative wounds in a preclinical phase is offered. Its efficiency is studied in two comparable groups the coloproctologic of patients. Use of a new way of diagnostics authentically allows to prevent transformation of infectious process in clinically visible suppuration.

The article presents the main reasons for the development of myocardial infarction of young women. We gave a clinical example of this disease the young woman 29 years old through 6 months after childbirth.

A research objective was studying of influence of TES-therapy on dynamics of balance about pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines at an ischemic stroke. The level assessment interlaken-1ß, 6, 10 at 60 patients with an ischemic stroke divided into 2 groups is made: 1 group is the patients receiving standard treatment. The 2nd group - the patients receiving standard treatment and TES-therapy. Biochemical researches in both groups are conducted in 1, 4, 8 days of stay in a hospital. It is shown that application of TES-therapy has a homeostatic focus, normalizing levels interlaken-1ß and interlaken-6, and also increases level interlaken-10 and ß-endorphin that renders neurotyre-tread effect.
